Peter leads the Sales Effectiveness practice, covering the technology, service and consulting enablers that enterprise sales forces deploy to become Best-in-Class organizations. His research is widely publicized, covering topics such as sales training, sales intelligence, CRM/SFA, sales performance management, and integrating technologies around customer acquisition and retention. Previously, Ostrow served as the VP / Group Director for Aberdeen’s Customer Management research group with a focus on CRM, sales / marketing automation, and call center research practices. His personal research focuses on lead lifecycle management, sales and telemarketing operations, and bridging the gap between sales and marketing.
Trip Kucera, Senior Research Analyst, Marketing Effectiveness and Strategy
Trip Kucera is a senior research analyst leading the Marketing Effectiveness and Strategy practice, covering the technology and tactics that marketing organizations deploy to become Best-in-Class. With over a decade of proven experience driving market awareness and mindshare for high-growth technology companies, Kucera brings a passion for integrated marketing and content development to his role at Aberdeen. Kucera spent a good part of his early career helping Progress Software start-up Sonic Software establish the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) product category. Most recently he was the senior manager of corporate communications at SuccessFactors (following the acquisition of Plateau Systems), a global SaaS HCM provider.
Omer Minkara, Senior Research Associate, Customer Management
Omer Minkara is a Research Associate in the Customer Management Technology practice at the Aberdeen Group. He has extensive experience in data analysis observing key financial, operational and strategic drivers of businesses, and focuses on how executives are utilizing sales effectiveness and marketing automation technologies to improve customer experience, sales processes and results, brand equity, and achieve better financial results. Omer has a strong finance background with significant international experience. Prior to joining Aberdeen Group, he was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Europe region, where he participated in numerous projects on behalf of global companies, operating in a wide array of industries helping his clients to improve their business processes and better manage their financial results.
