Rethink Recruiting with Strategic RPO

Aberdeen's latest research on Recruitment Process Outsourcing shows that it may be time to rethink how strategic RPO can solve key recruiting issues.

To win the recruiting war, organizations must do things like proactively build talent pools and candidate pipelines, deliver a top-notch candidate experience, and work internally to build a talent acquisition culture with engaged stakeholders at every phase from sourcing through onboarding. So it's not surprising that companies are looking to new ways to rethink recruiting, and come up with an arsenal of solutions to solve key issues across the talent acquisition spectrum - solutions that can all come from an RPO relationship. Users no longer need to get stuck on the "O" in RPO, thinking it's about handing over the entire staffing function. Rather, it's a strategic tool that is used to solve for specific sticking points in the process, or for particular hard to fill roles or projects.

Join Mollie Lombardi, Research Director of Aberdeen's HCM practice and Shelly Smith, Product Marketing Director, Recruitment Solutions at Kenexa as they share key findings from Aberdeen's 2011 RPO study as a guide for all organizations interested in learning about RPO, the value it brings and how to build a business case for it. The event will examine questions such as:
  • How can companies take advantage of RPO providers to innovate the recruitment function - i.e. processes, capabilities, tools that differentiate an employer’s brand?
  • What Best-in-Class practices are necessary to hold providers accountable and ensure RPO partnerships maximize outcomes/ROI?
  • What are some innovations that RPO providers are making available for their companies?
